Hi!!!

I am Porter, and I am one of the LUCKIEST dogs in the world! Why? Because Scout's Honor Rescue found me at the shelter.

I had a broken leg that needed a big surgery. They raised the money, my bones are back together, and I am free to PLAY!!! And RUN!!! And PLAY!!! And RUN some more!!! No more crate rest, YAY!!!! I am no couch potato, unless exhausted from playing with my favorite foster sibling. I really love to play with other dogs so I hope my forever home has another playful dog. I am, if I do say so, an absolutely precious blue heeler, about a year old and only 35lbs. I am incredibly smart and try really hard to do what my foster mom wants (her dogs never try to do what is right:))

I get along great with all the other dogs even though they always try to steal my stuff. I love the kids (11 and 13 year old kids). I might be a little too much of a herder for babies, toddlers, or inexperienced kids.
