Meet little Nathan! This little fellow was so very scared at the pound and that was almost his death sentence. We saw this little guy cowering in the corner of his kennel just shaking and not making any eye contact. Well, Nathan is just our type of rescue!

Once we got him out of the kennel, he loosened up a little, but it was not until he made his canine friends (some of the other dogs we rescued that day) and saw them interacting with us that he came out of his shell. Nathan is a young guy, maybe a year and clearly has not been treated very well by humans.

He's a calm, very loving little guy once he warms up and would do best in a home with at least one other dog to give him the confidence he needs. He's just as cute as he can be and would make a great pet for a loving home!
