Are you and your dog looking for a companion?   Piper  may be the perfect addition to your family.

Piper  is a lovable, playful, happy-go-lucky girl. Some of her favorite things are long walks, wrestling with her foster brothers (who always let her win), car rides and cuddles with her humans. She is a young, energetic dog, so she does need constructive outlets for her energy. She can play rough so she definitely needs a playmate who is her size or larger.  She would do best in an active home with at least one other dog to play with and keep her company. 

Piper  does well with other dogs, people of all ages and cats (even surly ones).  She is house-trained, crate-trained and knows basic obedience (sit, heel, stay, down and come).  She walks well on a leash unless there is a squirrel or bunny encounter, then she needs to be reminded of proper leash etiquette. She wants to please, so is quick to behave.

Amazingly, Piper is heartworm negative and in good health. We don't know how they ended up at the pound, but they are safe now forever and looking for homes.
